The Hauts de Loire has chosen a more simple and convivial format for its restaurant that serves dishes full of authenticity and flavour for lunch and dinner.
Chef Rémy Giraud demonstrates his versatility through his deliberately selective menu adapted to the seasons and the market to create dishes rich in character: carp sausage, smoked purée, accompanied by regional wines… an array of gourmet revelations to tantalise your taste buds.
The Bistrot is open every day for lunch and dinner, excluding Thursday evening.
